Step 1
• Nonstick cooking spray
2 clove • Garlic • chopped
3 oz • Onions • diced
3 oz • Carrots • diced
3 oz • Celery • diced
1 oz • Fresh herbs • chopped
16 oz • Chicken stock • defatted
16 oz • Veal stock • defatted
2 cup • Wild rice
Spray large pot with nonstick cooking spray. Quickly sauté onion and garlic. Add carrots and celery, and sauté with small amount of chicken stock for 2-3 mins. Add seasoning, fresh herbs, chicken and veal stock, and bring to a boil. Add wild rice. Cook untill liquid is absorbed.
