Step 1
8 oz • Sugar
4 oz • Butter
.25 cup • Lemon juice
15 each • Apples • peeled, cored, sliced
Combine all ingredients in a saute pan and saute until soft. Place in buttered mold.
Step 2
.25 lb • Butter - soft
.5 cup • Sugar
1.25 cup • AP flour
Cream butter and sugar. Sift in flour to create crumbles. Top apples and bake at 350 degrees.
