Crunchy Cinnamon Granola

Step 1
2 cup • Rolled oats
1 cup • wheat flakes
1 cup • wheat germ
.25 cup • unsalted sunflower seeds
1 tbsp • Cinnamon
Mix together in a large mixing bowl
Step 2
.75 cup • apple juice
.5 cup • prune juice
.25 cup • Raisins
.25 cup • Dried apricots • chopped
.25 cup • dried dates • chopped
.25 cup • dried figs • chopped
.25 cup • dried pears • chopped
Over medium heat place juices in a sauce pan and reduce by one third. Add dried fruits and cook for one additional minute.
Step 3
.5 cup • Skim milk
1 tbsp • Honey
Add honey and skim milk to fruit mixture. Pour over dry mixture and toss to moisten.
Step 4
Coat a cookie sheet with vegetable spray and spread with granola. Bake at 325 degrees stirring often. About 30 minutes. Allow to cool and grind to desired texture in food processor.
