Pan Seared Lamb Chops

Step 1
1 1/2 tsp • Rosemary • chopped
1/2 tsp • Salt
1/4 tsp • Black Pepper • fresh, ground
2 clove • Garlic • minced
8 each • Lamb rib chops • About 3 oz each, trimmed
Mix rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic. Sprinkle the mix on the lamb and rub evenly to coat.
Step 2
2 tsp • Olive oil
Heat a large skillet to medium high and add oil. Place lamb chops in pan and cook about 3 1/2 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
