Step 1
1 lb • Cucumbers
2 cups • Greek yogurt
5 • Garlic cloves
• Large handful of dill • minced
• Salt
Grate the cucumbers on the large holes of a box grater.

Place the grated cucumbers in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Let drain for up to an hour.

Add the drained cucumbers to a mixing bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Taste for acid and seasoning, adjust if needed. Cover and chill for a few hours before serving.
