Roasted Garlic

Step 1
• Garlic head
1 tbsp • Extra-virgin olive oil
pinch • Sea salt
pinch • Freshly ground pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut a 1/4-inch slice off the top of the garlic heads, exposing the tips of the cloves.

Set the garlic heads cut side up in a small roasting dish or on a sheet of aluminum foil.

Sprinkle garlic with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover or wrap the heads in the foil and roast until tender, about 50 minutes.

Let cool before peeling.
