Buttermilk Sesame Crackers

Step 1
1 2/3 qt • AP flour
2 cup • Sesame Seeds
1 1/3 cup • Corn Starch
1 tbsp • Salt
1 tsp • Baking Powder
1 tsp • Baking Soda
In a large bowl, cut butter into flour, sesame seeds, cornstarch, salt, baking soda, baking powder until it resembles a crumbly consistency.
Step 2
2 tbsp • Chives • fresh
2 tbsp • Parsley • fresh
Add parsley and chives.
Step 3
1 1/3 cup • Buttermilk
Slowly add buttermilk, with hands press dough together to form a ball. Should be a little sticky. Chill dough for at least one half hour. Roll dough to 1/8" and cut to desired shape. Brush top of cracker with egg wash and bake @ 375 for 10-12min.
