Wild Ramp Pesto

Step 1
2 cup • Wild ramp leaves • cleaned and chopped
1/4 cup • Walnuts • chopped
3 clove • Garlic • chopped
Blend ramp leaves, walnuts and garlic in food processor.
Step 2
3 tbsp • Pecorino cheese
1/2 cup • Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Slowly add oil. Pour mixture into bowl. Stir in cheese. Add salt to taste if needed.
Notes
This recipe can be made with pine nuts or almonds in place of walnuts.
