Almond Parmesan Fingers

Step 1
3 tbsp • Toasted almonds • chopped
3 tbsp • Butter
6 tbsp • Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp • Heavy cream
3 tbsp • Parsley • minced
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
6 slice • Brioche • crusts removed
In a sauce pan over medium heat toast almonds until they have lightly browned, about 1-2 minutes. Add butter and saute until golden brown. Combine cheese, cream and parsley, add salt and pepper to taste. Spread on toast strips. Sprinkle tops with almonds and place into a 375F just before serving warm.
