|6 tbsp • Parmesan cheese|
|3 tbsp • Heavy cream|
|3 tbsp • Parsley • minced|
|Kosher salt and pepper to taste|
|6 slice • Brioche • crusts removed|
In a sauce pan over medium heat toast almonds until they have lightly browned, about 1-2 minutes. Add butter and saute until golden brown. Combine cheese, cream and parsley, add salt and pepper to taste. Spread on toast strips. Sprinkle tops with almonds and place into a 375F just before serving warm.
