Toasted Marshmallow Ice Cream

This recipe does not require an ice cream machine and can be made with a stand or hand mixer.
Yield:

Step 1
2 cup • Heavy whipping cream • very cold
Using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip cream on medium-high until soft peaks form. (you can also use a hand mixer in place of stand mixer)
Step 2
14 oz • Condensed milk • (can)
1 tsp • Vanilla extract
Turn off mixer and add condensed milk. Turn on and mix again until stiff peaks form. Turn off mixer and stir in vanilla extract.
Step 3
12 each • Marshmallows, large
Toast marshmallows. Let them cool just slightly until they are still warm, but not hot. Stir them in until completely combined. They will be sticky, but continuous stirring will mix them throughout.

Move ice cream to resealable container and freeze for 3 hours.
