3 cup • Black beans • cooked
1 1/2 oz • Lime juice
6 oz • Cuisine vinaigrette
2 tsp • Garlic • fine dice
2 tbsp • Shallots • fine dice
4 tbsp • Cilantro • chopped
3 tbsp each • Yellow, red, and green pepper • small diced
3 tbsp • Plum tomatoes • seeded and diced
Mix all ingredients together with black beans. Let marinate at least 30 minutes before serving.
