Coconut Macaroons

14 oz • Sweetened shredded coconut
14 oz • Sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp • Vanilla extract
2 each • Extra large egg whites • Must be room temperature
1/4 tsp • Salt
Preheat oven to 325F .

In a large bowl, mix coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and salt on high speed with an electric mixer until they form medium to firm peaks. Gently fold beaten egg whites into the coconut mixture.
Step 2
Using 2 teaspoons (or a very small ice cream scoop) to drop batter onto a sheet pan that is lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
