|14 oz • Sweetened condensed milk|
|1 tsp • Vanilla extract|
|2 each • Extra large egg whites • Must be room temperature|
|1/4 tsp • Salt|
Preheat oven to 325°F .
In a large bowl, mix coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and salt on high speed with an electric mixer until they form medium to firm peaks. Gently fold beaten egg whites into the coconut mixture.
