Spiced Flour Tortilla

A great snack or side dish. Serve warm with Salsa Verde, Guacamole or Pico de Gallo.

Step 1
10 oz • Butter - melted
1 tbsp • Salt
3 cup • Water, warm
1/2 bunch • Cilantro • chopped
2 tsp • Cumin-ground
1 tsp • Chili powder
In a mixing bowl with a paddle, combine water, melted butter, spices and salt. Blend together
Step 2
11 cup • All-purpose flour
Add Flour gradually and mix until it forms into a ball, let knead for 4 minutes. Divide into 1 1/2 oz balls, place on parchment with a dust of flour, Cover and refrigerate. Roll out as thin as possible or use a tortilla press. Cook on a hot cast iron skillet until lightly browned. Cover with a damp towel until ready to use.
