8 lb • Red Potatoes • boiled, cooled & sliced
1 whole • Green Pepper • fine diced
1 whole • Red Pepper • fine diced
1 whole • Yellow Pepper • fine diced
1/2 • White Onion • fine diced
1 tsp • Fresh Dill • chopped fine
5 whole • Eggs • Boiled and Chopped
2 tsp • Seasame Seed Oil
4 tsp • Dijon Mustard
1 cup • Pickle Relish
2 oz • White Vinegar
2 cup • Mayo
• Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix All Ingredients together
