Step 1
1 lb • Ground beef,80/20
1 lb • Ground veal/pork mix
2 cl • Garlic, minced
2 whole • Eggs, lightly beaten
2 cup • Bread crumbs seasoned
1 cup • Cheese - romano, grated
1. 5 cup • Water, cold
Oregano to taste
Salt &Pepper to taste
parsley to taste • chopped
Combine all ingredients, adding the water last.

Form into 2 ounce balls and either roast in 350F oven until cooked or fry in a skillet with oil
