5 each • Eggs
5 each • Egg yolks
3 oz • Sugar
Whip eggs, yolks, and sugar until light.
Step 2
8 oz • Chocolate
9 oz • Butter
2.5 oz • All purpose flour
Melt butter and chocolate together. Fold into eggs. Fold in the flour.
Step 3
Butter and sugar souffle dishes. Bake at 365F for 8 minutes.
