Step 1
1/2 cup • Calamata Olives • pitted
3 each • Garlic • roasted
2 tbsp • Capers
2 oz • Lemon Juice
1/2 tbsp • Pepper Flakes
3 each • Anchovies • chop
1 oz • Olive Oil
Saute all ingredients except bread for 2 minutes on high heat.
Step 2
1/2 cup • White Bread • dice
Pour over bread, let stand 1/2 hour, puree until semi smooth.
