Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

Step 1
4 each • Garlic cloves • minced
1 each • Scallion • trimmed & minced
2 tbsp • Ginger juice
1/2 tsp • Chile flakes
3 tbsp • Peanut oil
1/2 cup • Tamari soy sauce
4 tbsp • Peanut butter
1/2 cup • White wine
4 tbsp • Sugar
2 tbsp • Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp • Rice Wine vinegar
1 tbsp • Sesame oil
Heat peanut oil and saute garlic and scallions. Add chile flakes and ginger juice, simmer.

Add remaining and simmer 5 minutes gently, remove and chill. **use this for a sauce as well as a marinade.
