|12 oz all-purpose flour|
|1 tbsp baking soda|
|7 oz oatmeal|
|2 1/2 cups raisins|
|1 tsp cinnamon|
Combine the flour, baking soda, oats, raisins, and cinnamon, and add to the applesauce mixture. Mix until well blended.
Spoon onto a parchment lined sheet pan and bake at 325°F until golden brown.
Remaining batter can be wrapped into baker's paper, in a roll of 1 1/2" circumference, and frozen for future use.
