Cupid Eggs

Step 1
60 whole • Eggs
Salt as needed
Vinegar as needed
Boil eggs with salt and vinegar. When done, cool and clean.
Step 2
200 g • Butter
250 g • Onions • finely chopped
1/4 bunch • Coriander leaves • chopped
15 g • Cumin powder
1 pinch • Red chile powder
2 kg • Tomatoes • cut in strips
Cut in half and remove yolks. Collect all yolks in a bowl. Add butter, salt, pepper, finely chopped onions, coriander, cumin, and a pinch of chile powder.

Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe out straws in the hollow egg whites.

Garnish each egg half with a tomato strip.
