Step 1
4 cup • Whole Wheat flour
6 tbsp • Clarified butter
Combine flour and ghee in a bowl, rub together until it resembles cornmeal.
Step 2
2 cup • Water • 110-115 degrees
Make a well in flour mixture and add water in parts. Knead dough until it becomes elastic. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Divide into 1 oz. balls and roll into 5 inch discs. Griddle both sides in a dry hot cast iron pan. Serve immediately.
