Those of us who are based in the NYC Cooking District HQ are frequent visitors to — and shoppers at — the Brooklyn storefront of Stinky Bklyn and their dazzling 12-foot-long cheese case, filled with seemingly endless types of wheels, rounds, hunks, and petit gooey pots of artisanal cheeses. There's also a meat bar. That's right, a meat bar with rosy-hued hams and jamons, sausages and other fantastic charcuterie.
