INGREDIENTS:
10 oz of strawberries
32 oz of plain yogurt
9 tbsp of cane sugar (subject to taste)
20 oz milk
PROCESS:
In a blender, puree strawberries with yogurt and sugar until smooth. Add milk and blend again on slow speed again till frothy and smooth.
