Cranberry Compote
1 Lb. Cranberries – Fresh or Frozen
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Orange Zest
1 Cup Orange Juice
½ Tbsp. Salt
4 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar

Directions:
In medium saucepan, add cranberries, orange juice and sugar. Cook on low heat stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and cranberries are soft, about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and cool to room temperature before serving.
