Fruits of Autumn Fricassee

Ingredients
1 apple
1 pear
12 walnuts
10 grapes
3 cl balsamic vinegar
20 grams butter
Peel and cut the apple and pear into quarters. Saute them in the butter for 10 minutes.
Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar, add walnuts and peeled and seeded grapes. Cook for 5 minutes.
