This springtime sipper comes from Avenue restaurant in Long Branch, NJ and is a fun, delicious and healthy (yes healthy!) way to celebrate the holiday. The Tipsy Rabbit was created by GM and Bar Director, Thierry Carrier, who is Vegan and loves to experiment with fresh juice-based drinks.
Tipsy Rabbit
1.5 oz. Hendricks Gin
1 oz. Carrot Juice
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Mint Syrup
Shake all ingredients once combined
Garnish with a Mint Leaf & a Carrot Curl
Served in a Mason Jar
