Chefs negotiate daily food choices in an environment that does not easily accommodate healthy dietary and exercise habits. So we have designed a short, 5-minute questionnaire to assess how chefs adapt their daily eating and health regime to suit the unique structure and prevailing organizational culture at their place of work. Information from this study can help nutritionists and dietitians develop a plan that will effectively deal with obstacles of dietary change to encourage healthy behaviors that can help reduce the risk of obesity and chronic diseases in your group.
