Amanda Cohen, chef at NY's Dirt Candy restaurant, has been awarded $10,000 by PETA for her mushroom mousse entry in the 'faux gras' challenge. As Eater points out, "[that] means that somewhere there is a guilt-ridden panel of PETA-selected judges who ate some foie for the sake of comparison."
