22-year-old Ashley Johnson got a $5 tip from a couple who sat at her table for three hours, keeping her at work "an hour past" her normal clock out time. So what'd she do? She went straight to Facebook to gripe about it, where she also mentioned her restaurant by name. Turns out she violated a company policy that bans workers from speaking negatively about customers and portraying the restaurant in a negative light on a social network.
She's since apologized and is looking for new work.
