Oil Officially Hits Oyster Prices

Restaurants in Raleigh N.C. are seeing oyster prices rise by as much as 40% this week due to the oil spill in the Gulf. Prices are likely to continue rising as the situation worsens & many restaurants are considering dropping oysters from the menu until prices come back down.
