New HFCS Study or This Is Why You're Fat

Researchers at Princeton University have released a new study of high fructose corn syrup that shows a much stronger correlation between HFCS and obesity in those who consume it. The rats that consumed the HFCS gained significantly more weight even though the overall caloric intake was exactly the same. Check out the article for all the details.

Even though creating HFCS requires extensive processing, it's a cheaper alternative to natural sugar because of corn subsidies from the government.
