It's that time of year again-restaurant ratings are released and quickly become the talk of the town and then the country. This year's Zagat results brought big news for Eric Ripert's LeBernardin, which for the third year in a row received the top food rating with a near perfect 29 out of 30 score. Even more important, it took the top spot for 'Most Popular Restaurant,' a distinction Union Square Cafe & sister restaurant Gramercy Tavern have held for the last 15 years.
