The Best Chef Awards 2017 were handed out in Warsaw, Poland on October 25th. As we've seen with some other recent global award presentations, Spain is once again in the number one position. This year it was Chef Joan Roca taking the top honors. His restaurant El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain had been voted the top spot on the The World's 50 Best Restaurants in both 2013 and 2015. He also won the Chef's Choice Award in 2016.
