Opinionated About Dining released its 2015 list of the Top 30 Restaurants in Japan today. Opinionated About Dining is unique among restaurant ranking lists, in that it factors each reviewers experience into its rating system.
Selected by the survey’s well dined membership of highly literate connoisseurs of the culinary arts, the list is comprised of top tier establishments delivering coveted gastronomic experiences throughout 13 wards in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Hokkaido. Celebrated destinations led by prominent master chefs of sushi, kaiseki and French cuisine dominate the top five ranked restaurants in Japan including Sushi Saito (Tokyo), Matsukawa (Tokyo), Michael Bras Toya (Hokkaido), Sushi Sawada (Tokyo), and Jimbocho Den (Tokyo).
