which this year runs from November 2nd through 15th, with nearly 200 restaurants participating. HVRW always features local foods, and these cocktails are no exception — many of these fall cocktails crafted by some of the leading mixologists in the Hudson Valley many are made with spirits from local distilleries including Tuthilltown Spirits, Black Dirt Distillery, Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery, Hillrock Estate Distillery and others.
