To create the company experience for guests by providing food and beverage service to customers |

Areas of Responsibility
- Deliver the company experience for guests
- Work with the company team to create the company experience for guests
- Create an environment for guests designed to stimulate all senses through personal services, amenities and experiences
- Follow up with guests with additional services that enhance the guests’ experience
- Handle guest requests personally and/or refers as appropriate
- Demonstrate the company values when providing service and teamwork
- Create luxury for all the senses by serving guests in the lounge in accordance with company standards
- Ensure proper set-up of tables
- Inspect linen, silver, china, and other items prior to using them
- Take customer orders for beverages and food
- Check food prior to serving; ensure presentation and temperature is in accordance with company standards
- Report orders to bartenders; add garnishes to drinks before serving
- Coordinate service with other servers
- Serve food and beverages to guests, refill beverages as needed
- Remove dirty glasses, linens and dishes from lounge area
- Respond to customer requests and complaints
- Clean lounge area during and after events
- Adhere to legal and/or company policies and standards
- Understand and follow the laws and guidelines for beverage service
- Close out the customer’s bill applying cash and credit cards in accordance with established procedures
