9 oz • Pizza Dough • recipe 508
1/4 tsp • sumac
1/2 tsp • Parsley - chopped
1/2 tbsp • evoo
salt to taste
1. Stretch the Pizza Dough to 12" and bake off in a 600F pizza oven.

2. Drizzle the evoo and sprinkle liberally with the parsley and sumac

3. Season with a pinch of salt

4. Cut into 6 triangles.
