Cinnamon Apples

Yield:
2 cups

6 each • Granny Smith apples
1 tbsp • Ground cinnamon
1/2 cup • Brown sugar
1/2 • Granulated sugar
2 tbsp • Butter
1/4 cup • Water
1 tbsp • lemon juice
1. Sauté the apples in the butter

2. Add the sugar and cinnamon and allow to simmer for 5 minutes or until apples are just tender.

3. Add the water and allow to reduce until syrupy.

4. Add the lemon juice to stop cooking process.
