Lemon Thyme Crust
|2 cup lemon zest|
|2 cup panko|
|1 cup thyme • chopped|
|2 tbsp salt|
1. Combine all ingredients well.
2. Crust top of fish before searing in a non-stick pan.
3. You can also bake the fish with the crust on top.
