Smoked Island Sauce
|1 gal mayonnaise|
|2 can chipotle chiles in adobo (canned)|
|4 each pickles • rough chopped|
|1 cup pickled red onion|
|1/2 cup capers • rinsed and drained|
|4 tbsp smoked paprika|
|2 tbsp chile powder|
|1 tsp salt|
|1/2 tsp black pepper|
1. Combine all ingredients well in a food processor.
