2 lb channa
3 bunch cilantro leaves
10 clove garlic cloves
10 pimientos
salt as needed
2 as needed habeneros
pepper as needed
2 tbsp onion - large
Mince garlic

Julienne the onion

Chopped the cilantro, pimentos, habeneros, and fill pot with water or stock if available

Add the Channa and bring to boil on low heat

Boil until tender and melts

Serve in its sauce
