4 oz • Tomato sauce
2 tbsp • Cider vinegar
2 tbsp • Prepared mustard
2 tbsp • Brown sugar
2 cups • Water
Preheat oven to 350F. Add tomato sauce, cider vinegar, prepared mustard, brown sugar and water together and mix until all ingredients are combined. Reserve

1 lb • 85% Ground Beef
1 lb • Ground pork
1 each • Onion - medium • diced
1 each • Egg
1 cup • Bread crumbs
4 oz • Tomato sauce
1.25 tsp • Salt
.25 tsp • Pepper - black
In a large bowl mix ground beef,pork, onion, egg, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

Miix all ingredients together until well combined. Form into an oblong loaf and place in an oven safe 2qt. dish. Pour tomato sauce mixture over meat loaf and place in an oven and bake for one and a half to two hours or until internal temperature reaches 155F .

Remove from oven and let loaf rest for ten to fifteen min.
