Port City Sausage Sliders

Step 1
2 oz • Chorizo Sausage Link • fully cooked
1 each • Slider bun • sliced on top
1 tbsp • Poblano Kraut • recipe #962
2 each • Daikon sprouts
1. Heat Sausage thoroughly.

2. Place poblano kraut into the top-sliced roll.

3. Place the chorizo on top.

4. Place 2 daikon sprouts on top.
Step 2
2 oz • Italian Sausage Link • fully cooked
1 each • slider bun • sliced on top
1/4 oz • red peppers, julienned • sautéed
1/4 oz • onions, julienned • sautéed
1. Heat Sausage thoroughly.

2. Place peppers & onions into the top-sliced roll.

3. Place the italian sausage on top.
Step 3
2 oz • Chicken Fennel Sausage link • fully cooked
1 each • slider bun • sliced on top
1 oz • garlic broccolini • can be room temp
1 tsp • garlic confit
1. Heat Sausage thoroughly.

2. Place garlicky broccolini into the top sliced roll.

3. Place the sausage on top.

4. Garnish with garlic confit.
Step 4
2 oz • Lamb Sausage Link • fully cooked
1 each • slider bun • sliced on top
1 tsp • tzatziki
1/4 tsp • sumac
1. Heat Sausage thoroughly.

2. Place lamb sausage in the bun.

3. Drizzle with tzatziki.

4. Sprinkle with sumac.
