Bourbon Cranberry Sauce
Has both savory (great on roast meats) & sweet applications (great on ice cream, cheesecake, etc...).

|1 lb cranberries|
|1 cup maker's mark bourbon|
|1.5 cup sugar|
Dump in a pot, bring to boil, simmer until done. Cool & refrigerate (up to 6 months).
*can also be cooked in the oven at 350º for about 45 minutes, however be careful as the alcohol can ignite/blow the door open (has happened to me many times).
