Herb Roasted Turkey

Step 1
10 lb Turkey Breast
1 cup Thyme
1 cup Rosemary
1/2 cup lemon zest
3 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
3 tbsp oil
1. Combine the herbs, zest, salt, pepper, and the oil.

2. Separate the lobes of the turkey breast and apply the herb seasoning mixture liberally

3. Roast the turkey breast on a rack at 350F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.

4. Cool completely, slice thinly while preserving the herb rim.

5. Portion to 5 ounces.
