A flavorful rice dish that's simple and nearly foolproof.
Primary Method: Baked
|1 each onion - medium • sauté|
|1/2 stick butter • melted|
Melt butter in sauté pan and cook onions until just tender.
|1 cup rice uncooked|
|1 can beef consommé|
|1 each piece beef bouillon|
|1 can water|
|1 each bay leaf|
|1/8 tsp worcestershire sauce|
Add all ingredients in a 2qt. Casserole dish including sautéd onions.
Place in a 350°F oven and bake for one hour.
