Baked Rice

A flavorful rice dish that's simple and nearly foolproof.

Step 1
1 each onion - medium • sauté
1/2 stick butter • melted
Melt butter in sauté pan and cook onions until just tender.
Step 2
1 cup rice uncooked
1 can beef consommé
1 each piece beef bouillon
1 can water
1 each bay leaf
1/8 tsp worcestershire sauce
Add all ingredients in a 2qt. Casserole dish including sautéd onions.

Place in a 350°F oven and bake for one hour.
