|1 oz Van Gogh Gin|
|1/2 oz Limoncello di Capri|
|1 oz Clementine or orange juice|
|1 oz Prosecco|
Fold ingredients, except the Prosecco, into a mixing glass with ice and strain into a chilled flute rimmed with spiced sugar (equal parts cinnamon, whote sugar, and clove.) Top with Prosecco and garnish with a clementine or orange peel.
