|1 tbsp agar agar (flakes)|
|1.5 cup heavy cream|
|1.5 cup sugar|
|1.75 cup buttermilk|
|2 tbsp wild hibiscus syrup (on the jar)|
|2 piece wild hibiscus flowers|
Heat the cream; add the sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Add the syrup and the flowers, sliced.
Add the agar agar flakes , and let simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from the stove, and add the buttermilk.
Put in ramekins, and put in the fridge until the custard is set.
