|2 oz leblon cachaça|
|1 oz spiced simple syrup|
| 4 chunks pineapple|
For the spiced simple syrup. 1:1 sugar (turbinado) to water and infuse with clove, star anise, cinnamon, and nutmeg for up to one hour.
Muddle the pineapple and spiced simple syrup. Add Leblon and ice. Shake well and serve in a rocks glass.
