The Lyttleton Butternut Squash Soup

250 g • Onions
750 g • Butternut squash
• Whipping cream
1 L • Milk
10 g • Salt
35 g • Oil
• Pepper to your taste
Add all ingredients, except the milk, to a pan. Cover with cling film and sweat off until cooked. Add the milk and boil. Afterwards, blend the mix with a food processor and sieve through.
